During that stretch, Gray has posted an outstanding 19.2% K-BB%, highlighting both his swing-and-miss ability and elite command. He also draws a favorable matchup against a Mets lineup that has struggled against right-handed pitching over the past month, batting just .233 while producing below-average run production versus righties.
