7:40 PM EST. This game features two left-handers whose numbers tell very different stories. Noah Cameron has been solid for Kansas City, posting respectable ratios across the board while keeping the Royals competitive in most of his starts. He has earned market respect with a steady performance profile and an ability to avoid major disasters.

Matthew Liberatore's season has been far less consistent. His 4.71 ERA is certainly not appealing, and he has surrendered far too many home runs. However, the market may be overreacting to those struggles. Liberatore still owns a respectable strikeout rate, and several of his rough outings have disproportionately impacted his overall numbers. The Cardinals left-hander remains capable of delivering quality starts against teams that don't consistently punish mistakes.

The bigger issue here is the price. Kansas City is being treated as the superior side despite only a modest edge on the mound. St. Louis remains a competitive club with enough offensive depth to support its starter, and the difference between these teams is minimal.
