8:00 PM ET. Auburn is living on name value. They’re an SEC brand with a high-profile coach in Hugh Freeze, but nothing they’ve done on the field suggests they deserve to lay points on the road in Waco.

Baylor has fallen off under Dave Aranda, but this is a program still capable of punching up, especially at home. For Aranda, this is as much about survival as anything else. He’ll have the Bears locked in, while Auburn remains a project in transition.

If Auburn were truly the better side, the line would reflect it. The fact that they can’t even command a field goal says plenty. This is Baylor’s game to take straight up. Sic ‘Em.
